State Tech to observe Veterans Day

Published on November 8, 2016

State Technical College of Missouri and the STC Veteran’s Club will host a Veterans Day Celebration on Thursday, November 10 on the main campus in Linn, Missouri.   Armed service veterans, their families and currently serving military members are invited to attend the event starting at noon in the rotunda of the Claycomb Information Technology Center.

Each November 10, State Tech gathers to remember, thank and honor the men and women in the various branches of the United States Armed Forces who so nobly and selflessly serve our country.

This year’s celebration includes a keynote address from retired Army National Guard Lieutenant Colonel AJ Probst.   In addition, the Linn VFW and Freeburg American Legion groups will be present at the ceremony and will join students for a free lunch.
