This hands-on program equips students with the knowledge and technical skills needed to harness and maintain electricity.
You will learn how to safely climb utility poles, build and maintain electrical distribution systems, preform pole top rescues, and safe work practices. Students also gain real-world experience through paid internships with potential employers.
As the best program of its kind in Missouri, Electrical Distribution Systems graduates are highly employable, competitively paid, and in-demand.
With input from industry advisors, the curriculum is updated annually to include the latest trends and technologies, including basic first aid and CPR. Students are also prepared to obtain a Class A Commercial driver’s license.
