Congratulations to Haley Hughes, Missouri’s New Century Workforce Pathway Scholar, a scholarship awarded to a graduating technical college student going into the workforce. The New Century Pathway Scholarship is awarded by Phi Theta Kappa through a grant from the Coca-Coca Foundation. This year, Haley is one of 104 national and international recipients. This grant program honors one four-year college transfer student and one technical student entering the workforce from each state, as well as four students chosen from the District of Columbia, the province of Alberta, Canada, and the other sovereign nations hosting a PTK chapter. She will be honored for her accomplishments at the Phi Theta Kappa international convention, at the Missouri Community College Association banquet, and the Association of Community College Trustees Congress.
