State Technical College of Missouri (State Tech) seeks a 12-month College Receptionist. This role requires an experienced customer service professional who is capable of working with a high level of autonomy to successfully assist students, their parents, and community members and deliver accurate and timely information that creates an elite customer experience. This position is responsible for attending to the needs of internal and external customers. The perfect candidate would have a positive attitude, be a quick learner, and be energized by helping people find solutions to their questions.
Qualifications Required: Graduation from an accredited high school or GED and 2 or more years in customer service or administrative assistant experience. Applicant must have a positive attitude, be a problem solver, ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and short memos. Ability to search for answers to common questions and deliver accurate and timely information. Ability to present college information in one-on-one or small group situations.
Qualifications Preferred: Associates degree with customer service, sales, or marketing experience and computer skills.
