State Technical College of Missouri offers on campus housing for approximately 144 students. All students who chose on campus housing are required to purchase a 14 meal per week meal plan.
Only enrolled, in good standing, single students at State Technical College of Missouri may apply for on-campus housing. Housing for couples, married couples, and/or families is available in the community.
Our nine cottages contain eight dorm rooms that can be occupied as single, double, or triple occupancy. A resident assistant is assigned to each cottage to oversee the supervision of property, residents, and activities and to help enforce rules and regulations.
We recommend reaching out to your roommate as soon as possible to discuss what shared items (TV, mini-fridge, microwave, etc.) each person will bring to campus. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to reach out to my contact information below. Have a great Spring and we look forward to seeing you in the Summer and/or Fall.
Housing facilities are limited and fill up fast. Please apply in advance and follow these steps to secure your room.
Rooms come furnished with a Microwave/fridge, two bunkable beds, two desks with built in lamps, two chairs, closets and dresser(s).
Additional amenities include: local phone service, digital cable TV, high-speed Internet access, electricity, trash, and water. Ground source heat pumps provide year round comfort for cooling and heating. Each room has a private bathroom, which includes a toilet, sink, storage space, vanity mirror, and a shower.
The commons provides residents and their guests with access to mailboxes, coin-operated washers and dryers, vending machines, TV, full-service kitchen, pool table, ping pong table, and restrooms.
Outdoor lighting in the housing community is generous and emergency phone access is available outside of the commons. Security cameras are also available throughout the housing complex. Near the commons building is a park with basketball goals, volleyball courts, BBQ grills, horseshoe pits, and picnic tables.
Students with required internships may contact the Resident Manager for a housing rate adjustment.
