PiYo is a unique blend of strength training and core conditioning with a foundation in Pilates and Yoga. It’s filled with intensely choreographed moves and music that make it challenging and fun! It’s about energy, power and rhythm. A great class for beginner, intermediate and advanced fitness levels!
