CXWORX™ hones in on the torso and sling muscles that connect your upper body to your lower body.  It’s ideal for tightening your tummy and butt, while also improving functional strength and assisting in injury prevention.

Registration opens 30 minutes prior to the class start time. See the front desk for your pass. Space is limited. You may not register or reserve equipment for other participants. First come, first served!

How often should I attend a CXWORK™ class?

It’s best to have a rest day between classes to give your body time to recover.  For best results, try to attend two or three CXWORK™ classes a week.

What do I need to bring?

Comfortable workout clothes, supportive shoes, water bottle and a sweat towel.
