Abuse of any leave shall constitute just cause for progressive disciplinary action, up to and including discharge. In this regard, it is both the responsibility as well as the intent of the College to take such corrective action. Leave will not be granted to an employee for the purpose of being compensated for employment elsewhere, unless authorized by the supervisor prior to event. Employees who engage in employment elsewhere during such leaves, without prior approval, will be terminated by the College.
