Ameren Callaway Executive to deliver keynote address at ATC Recognition Ceremony
Fadi M. Diya, Vice President of Nuclear Operations at the Ameren Missouri Callaway Energy Center will give the keynote address at the Advanced Technology Center Recognition Ceremony Saturday, May 18.
Diya was named the Callaway Vice President of Nuclear Operations, Ameren Missouri, in July 1, 2008. In this role, Diya is responsible for the safe operation of the Callaway Energy Center.
Prior to joining Ameren Missouri, Diya held the position of Manager of Engineering at the Harris Nuclear Plan, Progress Energy.
On Saturday, Diya will address State Tech graduates during a recognition ceremony scheduled at 11:00 a.m. at the Presser Performing Arts Center in Mexico, MO.
In addition to the keynote address, State Tech and Exelon Nuclear’ s Clinton Power Station will present eligible graduates with the National Academy for Nuclear Training Certificate.
In 2012, the Nuclear Uniform Curriculum Program Ad Hoc committee voted to approve the State Tech and Exelon’s uniform curriculum program. The program allows the college and Exelon to issue the nuclear uniform curriculum certificates to eligible graduates.
