Kids Variety Class (Ages 4-8)
Are you looking for something to do with your child while you workout? This class is designed to allow parents to work out while their child attends a workout of their own. Kids will be introduced to a variety of sport skills, relay games, group games and simple exercises. Emphasis is placed on coordination, listening, gross motor skills and physical fitness. Classes will meet on Mondays and each session is one month in length. Class topics will vary from week to week. Maximum class size is twelve participants.
